The Granulator and Poly-Swarf Management System eliminates polycarbonate lens waste material issues that are often experienced when using substandard choppers and vacuum systems.

Granulator Model GC-III delivers superior granulating capabilities, cutting the polycarbonate lens waste strands to manageable strands and reducing downtime. The granulator's granulator's cast iron construction along with easy interior access withstands the demands of the wholesale lab environment.

The Disa GC 1000 vacuum provides over 1,000 CFM for proper volume of air to eliminate polycarbonate swarf clogs. Combine the granulator with the DISA vacuum for a complete "Dry-Cut" Polycarbonate Swarf management system-clogging issues disappear completely!
