Gerber Coburn Appoints John Ingriselli Manager, Customer Service and Applications

July 28, 2006 - South Windsor, Conn.- Rod Larson, president, Gerber Coburn announced today the appointment of John Ingriselli as the company’s new manager of customer service and applications.

“John will be responsible for managing the inside technical support group, as well as developing and implementing other service programs,” said Larson. “John brings 16 years of technical and instructional experience to Gerber Coburn. He will put that expertise to good stead in his new role, in which he will build a new team of field application engineers, manage the inside technical telephone support team, and establish best practices and policies that support the specific needs of the ophthalmic industry.”

Before taking on this new role, Ingriselli spent two years as Gerber Coburn’s zone manager where he supervised 16 field service technicians and prior to that assignment he spent three years as a Gerber Coburn regional applications engineer. Ingriselli began his Gerber career with Gerber Optical in 1989 installing and servicing equipment, as well as educating customers and new employees how to use and repair optical equipment. He holds an MBA from Rensselaer Poly Technical College.
