the appointment of John Ingriselli as the company’s new manager of customer
service and applications. Before taking on this new role, Ingriselli spent two years as Gerber Coburn’s zone manager where he supervised 16 field service technicians and prior to that assignment he spent three years as a Gerber Coburn regional applications engineer. Ingriselli began his Gerber career with Gerber Optical in 1989 installing and servicing equipment, as well as educating customers and new employees how to use and repair optical equipment. He holds an MBA from Rensselaer Poly Technical College. “John’s move into this role is one step in the right direction for Gerber Coburn to improve its service levels,” Larson stated. “Our number one initiative this year is to deliver – across all business functions and parts of the world – a better customer experience.” Gerber Coburn is the world’s leading provider of computer integrated optical lens processing systems.
