Gerber Coburn Adds Europtica Kleenchill Geno to Line

South Windsor, CT- As part of its focuced effort to strengthen its broad product offereing, Gerber Coburn announces the addition of the Euro Kleenchill Geno to its ancillary equipment product line. Gerber Coburn distributes Euro Kleenchill products worldwide with the exception of the United Kingdom.

As explained by Debby Corriveau, product manager, Gerber Coburn, "currently we do not offer a filtration system for wet generators or a large central filtration system for edgers. With this new product, we can offer customers an entirely new solution for filtering and chilling coolant water for generators and edgers."

"Kleenchill Geno takes a systems approach to fluid management, making the unit ideal for any size lab," she stated. Because the coolant water is re-circulated, filtered and chilled to an optimum cutting temperature, productivity and quality are far higher than alternative processes. We've also discovered that labs can extend the life of their coolant and cost-justify a system in a short period of time.

“The Geno filtration system complements our line of ancillary products. When used with Gerber Coburn’s Titan edger, Geno can be configured as a central system to work with up to twelve edgers. Geno’s three-stage filtration system with reusable filter media incorporates a conveyor filter band and high capacity pressure filters to remove both large swarf and small particles. With this system, labs avoid traditional problems such as foaming, odors, jet clogging, and frequent, messy clean-outs. Geno is ideal for labs governed by strict local regulations or concerned with water conservation,” noted Corriveau.

Corriveau went on to say, “This new partnership serves both companies, we have the natural customer base – surfacing and finishing labs – and Europtica has the ancillary products those labs need ."
