(NYSE: GRB) As part of its aggressive, long term plans for growth and product innovation, Gerber Coburn announces the formation of a strategic alliance with Visionix Ltd., Jerusalem, the world's leading provider of lens measurement and image recognition devices.
The collaboration formalizes joint development efforts undertaken by the two companies to design sophisticted lens verification equipment for the wholesale lab market. Under the agreement, Gerber Coburn will co-develop and distribute devices that will further automate lens processing in North American and several markets overseas.
