Wayne Labrecque has spent
the past several years developing customer service
programs and policies for Gerber Coburn. As vice president
of North American sales, Labrecque’s current responsibilities
include developing and implementing strategic sales
plans, overseeing sales representatives, building customer
relationships, and directing the entire sales process
for ophthalmic lens processing. Prior to this assignment,
Labrecque served as the key contact for national and
other major accounts and was responsible for generating
profitable Gerber Coburn service revenues.
