A human resources and labor relations professional since 1976, Mike Dolen drives organizational and employee development, employment, compensation and benefits, and other employee services at Gerber Scientific headquarters, Gerber Scientific Products and Gerber Coburn. He previously served as human resources manager for Gerber Systems Technology, Inc. from 1984 to 1988. Outside of Gerber, Dolen was director of human resources for Mill’s Pride Inc., Enfield, Conn., a start up manufacturing company, and the town of Enfield, Conn.
